At Carry On and Succeed Family Services LLC, our mission is to support families—especially those raising autistic and neurodiverse children—through personalized homeschool evaluations, high-quality tutoring, and advocacy rooted in both lived experience and professional expertise. We are committed to bridging the gap between home and school, empowering parents to navigate the educational process with boldness, and helping students thrive academically and emotionally.

Valenta J. Wade is the founder of Carry On and Succeed Family Services LLC. With over 20 years of experience in public education, she holds a B.S. in Mathematics, a Master’s in Educational Technology, and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership. She is fully licensed in Virginia to teach K–12 mathematics and to serve in K–12 supervision and administration roles.

Valenta is also the author of two books designed to guide parents through the IEP process and advocate for their children with confidence. As a mother of two—one of whom is autistic—her passion for empowering families is deeply personal. She created Carry On and Succeed to bridge the gap between schools and families, offering evaluations, tutoring, and support that are both academically grounded and heart-centered.
